Pilates Teachers Day Retreat

pilates teachers retreat, the pilates teachers are stretching on a mat and relaxing. They are reseting so they can teach better.

Move. Reflect. Learn. Relax. Connect.

Book Here
A relaxed pilates studio ready for a class. There are water bottles on mats and a big mirror. This is a modern and sleek teaching studio.

This retreat day is for Pilates teachers who want to feel clearer, more confident, and more grounded in how they teach without adding more pressure or overwhelm.

It’s a full day of movement, practical workshops, coaching, and rest, designed to support both your body and your teaching life.

What this day is about

A modern and sleek spa reaady for the pilates teachers to relax and unwind at their Movement Teachers Retreat

Teaching can be deeply rewarding and also isolating, demanding, and tiring.

This day is a chance to:

  • Step out of your usual routine

  • Reconnect with your body and your values

  • Learn tools you can actually use

  • Spend time with like‑minded teachers who get it

You’ll leave feeling recharged, clearer in your teaching, and more confident in your approach.

What’s included?

Two guided movement sessions

Thoughtful, nourishing movement to help you:

  • settle your nervous system

  • explore strength, play and ease

  • integrate ideas into your body, not just your head

Four practical workshops

Beyond the Mat: Teaching Movement That Sticks
Learn how simplicity, sensation, and timing help clients carry movement into daily life without over‑explaining or over‑teaching.

Bodies at Desks: Teaching for Modern, Sedentary Lives
Practical tools to help desk‑based clients move better, reduce tension, and integrate Pilates into everyday life.

Foundations of Strength: Teaching Women with Confidence
Understand women’s bodies across life stages, integrate core and pelvic floor awareness, and teach strength in a way that feels safe, clear, and empowering.

Coaching & Reflection: Building Your Authority
Time to reflect on your teaching and business, work through self‑doubt and imposter syndrome, and reconnect with your own teaching style in a sustainable, realistic way.

Comfy sofas and chairs ready for workshops, journalling and socialising for the pilates teachers retreat.

Coaching, reflection, and connection

There will be space to share goals, reflect in small groups, and receive supportive feedback without fixing or pressure.

This is about clarity, self‑trust, and finding your own lane, not copying someone else’s.

The Setting

We’ll be hosted at the beautiful Mason & Fifth Westbourne Park, with time built into the day to:

  • relax in the swimming pool and sauna

  • enjoy a restorative sound bath

  • eat a healthy lunch

  • slow down and properly connect

Who Is This For?

This day is for Pilates teachers who:

  • want practical tools, not more theory

  • feel ready to simplify how they teach

  • work with real people living real lives

  • value connection as much as content

You don’t need to be at a certain stage of your career, just open to reflection and learning.

About Us

We’re both Pilates teachers with years of experience working with women’s bodies and supporting teachers.

Grace is also a coach and women’s health expert bringing deep insight into confidence, clarity, and sustainable growth.

I’m also a desk pain/movement expert and economist, bringing practical thinking around time, decision‑making, and building work that lasts.

Together, we blend movement, coaching, and clear thinking so what you learn is grounded, realistic, and usable.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of the day, you’ll feel:

  • grounded in your body

  • clearer in your teaching

  • more confident in your approach

  • connected to other teachers

And you’ll leave with tools you can use immediately.

Join us!

We’ve poured our experience into creating a day that supports teachers, not overwhelm them.

Spaces are limited.

£179 early bird (until end of Feb)
