Hi, I am Kerrie-Anne Bradley

Author, movement teacher, and the person who pioneered desk-based movement before it had a name.

I spent years sitting at a desk myself, which is probably why I understand so well what it does to a body. I wrote Move More At Your Desk (Watkins Publishing), created the Move At Your Desk Method™, and have spent the last decade delivering it inside some of the UK's most recognisable organisations, and to individuals who just want to stop hurting.

I spot things others miss. I explain things in a way that actually makes sense. And I care a lot about whether it works.
