Your team works hard.
Here's what happens when they learn to move better and understand their bodies at work.
Whether you're dealing with rising MSK sick leave or simply want a team that feels energised and works at its best, this is where the change begins.
Trusted by top companies worldwide
Teams that move better, feel better. And teams that feel better, work better.
Most people know they should move more at work. The problem is they don't, because nobody else is doing it either. Getting up to shake out your legs, rolling your shoulders, moving your spine, taking a movement break feels odd when the culture doesn't support it. So people sit still for hours, holding tension in their bodies without realising it.
And even when people do want to move more, the working day gets in the way. There are deadlines, back to back meetings and something that’s always more urgent than taking a few minutes to look after yourself. So movement gets pushed to the bottom of the list, and then tension and pains can creep in, when you’re still or moving later that day. I change that.
How?
I teach simple and efficient movement techniques and strategies that take minutes, not hours, and fit into a working day without disrupting it.
I educate people on how their bodies work, how they hold stress, what hours of sitting does to their body and their energy, and what to do about it. And I can make moving at work so normal that it stops feeling like an extra thing to do and starts feeling like just part of how the day goes.
I am a firm believer that when people understand their own bodies and feel confident in moving at work, they will do it naturally. And that’s when you’ll see the difference: in energy, focus and how people feel at the end of a working day.
How the Move At Your Desk Method™ works
A practical, four-step approach grounded in Pilates, breath, anatomy, and behavioural science. Simple enough to use at a desk. Effective enough to create lasting change.
Check In
I start by helping your team notice how their body feels: where tension lives, how they're breathing, what needs attention. Awareness is the foundation of change.
Movement Snacks
Short, desk-friendly movement that fits into a workday without disruption. We teach your team a toolkit of effective movements.
Feel
Teams learn to notice the immediate difference: more energy, less tension, clearer focus. This moment of feeling the change is what makes the habit stick.
Hook it
I use behavioural science to anchor movement into the working day: linked to meetings, tasks, or calendar prompts. This is what turns a workshop into a lasting culture shift.

Workplace wellness workshops and MSK support built for teams that spend their day at a desk.
We all know movement is good for us. We know that sitting still for hours on end isn't. What most of us don't realise is the impact of holding ourselves in certain positions all day, or the connection between how we hold our bodies and how we feel in our minds.
Desk work doesn't have to mean pain, tension or the 3pm slump. I work with teams to help them understand their bodies better, learn simple and effective movements that actually make a difference, and build strategies for moving more throughout the working day.
My work blends body awareness, movement and behavioural science — so your team doesn't just feel better at their desks, they think more clearly, work more effectively, and enjoy being at work more too.
Hire me as your wellbeing partner.
Three ways to bring the Move At Your Desk Method™ into your organisation. Each one is designed for lasting impact rather than a forgotten afternoon. They work as standalone offers or as a complete wellbeing partnership, depending on where your team is right now.
Here’s what I offer…
1. The Move At Your Desk Method™ Workshop
A practical, energising seated movement session that teaches your team how to move better, sit better and understand their bodies at work.
-
A practical, energising seated movement session that teaches your team how to move better, sit better and understand their bodies at work. We cover how the body holds tension, how stress lives in the body and the impact it has on how you feel, how habitual holding patterns build up without people even realising, and simple movement techniques and strategies to address all of it.
Every workshop is tailored to your team, delivered online or in person, and works for any group size. Each session includes time for questions so your team can get answers to what is going on in their own bodies. We also offer sessions built around specific themes, for example, Back to Better for back, neck and shoulder pain, and Move For Your Mind for mental health awareness initiatives. Tell us what your team needs and we will put the right session together.
-
A dedicated day where I come into your organisation and work with employees individually. Each session is 30 minutes and includes a postural assessment, an analysis of how they hold tension and where any pain originates, and a personalised movement plan to take away. People leave understanding their body in a way they probably never have before and knowing exactly what to do about it.
These days work particularly well alongside a workshop — the workshop gives the whole team the knowledge and the 1:1 gives each person the individual attention. A favourite for law firms, clients who have combined the two include Bird & Bird, Sphere Legal and Burges Salmon.

Workshop Investment from £600 online, £900 in person plus VAT.
1:1 Assessments Investment £110 per person plus VAT.
2. The Back To Better MSK Programme
Back to Better is a three-month structured intervention that works with each person individually and as a group. Every participant starts with a 1:1 postural and movement assessment so we understand exactly what is going on in their body before we begin. From there the programme moves through three phases.

For organisations who have an MSK issue to tackle.
A single session creates awareness and gives people tools. This programme creates lasting change. If your organisation is dealing with rising sick leave, increasing PMI claims, recurring pain, or employees who have been managing pain for so long they have stopped mentioning it, this programme is perfect.
The HSE estimates that MSK-affected desk workers lose an average of 14 days a year. Across a team of 20 that is 280 working days. With MSK consistently one of the highest categories of PMI claims for desk-based organisations, the cost shows up in insurance premiums at renewal too. This programme costs less than you are already losing, and unlike most wellbeing initiatives, it comes with evidence to prove it works.
Back to Better is a three-month structured intervention that works with each person individually and as a group. Every participant starts with a 1:1 postural and movement assessment so we understand exactly what is going on in their body before we begin. From there the programme moves through three phases:
Understand. Body literacy, pain education and immediate practical tools. Each person learns what is causing their symptoms, why it is happening, and what to do about it.
Build. Progressive movement, breathwork and habit formation. Monthly group workshops, a progressive video library and a community channel for questions between sessions. People begin to feel the difference and understand why.
Sustain. Self management planning, strategies for flare ups and long term independence. A second 1:1 bookends the programme. HR receives a full participant outcome report at close, measurable before and after data you can take to your leadership team and your insurer.

2 x 1:1 postural and movement assessments
3 x monthly group workshops
Progressive video library across the three monthsCommunity channel between sessions
Participant outcome report for HR

3. The Annual Wellbeing Partnership
For organisations who want movement to become part of how their team works all year round. I have been working in this way with companies such as Bird & Bird for several years now. Every partnership looks different. Some organisations start with a workshop and build from there. Others come with a clear plan and a budget already in mind. I will work with you to put together the right mix for your team.

For organisations who want movement to become part of how their team works all year round.
The clients I work with longest are the ones who combine services across the year, regular workshops, 1:1 postural and movement assessment days, and access to the desk movement video library and live classes for their whole team. That combination of regular sessions, individual support and on-demand access is what takes a wellbeing initiative from a good intention to something that actually changes how a team feels and works.

How Bird & Bird built movement into their culture and keep it there.
Bird & Bird is a leading international law firm. We've worked together across workshops, 121 postural and movement assessment, and an ongoing team membership — a partnership that has grown over several years into a complete wellbeing programme.
In their own words:
"We chose to work with the Move At Your Desk Method™ as part of our overall wellbeing strategy. To provide full support and improve how individuals feel, we opted for regular Back to Better workshops, online Move At Your Desk membership access, and MSK 1:1 support. Attendees find the sessions informative and good fun. Kerrie-Anne is great at addressing individual concerns and gives clear and practical advice which makes a real difference to those struggling with pain."

What organisations say
Employee outcomes · ModusBPCM
What happens when your team gets 1:1 MSK support.
Charlotte, Senior Account Director: "After the sessions I became much more aware of the triggers that were causing more pain and how to adjust my posture and movement to manage it. This has made a noticeable difference in my comfort levels during the working day, and I've been able to spend longer periods at my desk without needing to stop as frequently. It's such a great investment in employee wellbeing."
Before: Neck pain so severe she regularly worked from home. Three herniated discs. After: Longer periods at desk, improved comfort and productivity. No further time off taken.
Heather, Senior Account Director: "Understanding my body, and the ways in which the pain was caused, really helped me to change my mindset. I always felt so light and energised after my sessions and have kept using the techniques ever since. I'd really recommend it — it was such a wonderful opportunity and a brilliant perk to be offered."
Before: Back, shoulder and hand pain affecting concentration and rest. After: Continues using techniques independently. No time off taken.
