1:1 Postural & Movement Assessment Days

Help your employees understand their posture and movement with clear steps to ease tension, prevent MSK issues, and feel their best.

  • In these 1:1 sessions, we:

    • Identify postural habits, movement patterns, and pain triggers

    • Recommend simple desk and environment tweaks

    • Provide a tailored micro-movement plan each person can use immediately

    The result: employees who feel better in their bodies, move more during the day, and reduce the risk of work-related pain and injury.

    A day involves up to 25, 15 minute 1:1 sessions with follow up movement plans and a check-in after 4 weeks.

Team Wellbeing Days

Looking for something beyond the desk? Our Team Wellbeing Days draw on a trusted little black book of wellness activities: from Pilates and somatics to sound baths and flower arranging. Together we’ll design a half or full-day experience that inspires, restores, and reconnects your team.
