Every workshop is tailored to your team. Back pain is the most common starting point, but we also work with teams on neck and shoulder pain, energy and focus, movement for mental health, and stress and resilience. Add-on available: 1:1 postural and movement assessments on the day. Each person gets a short individual session identifying exactly how they hold tension, where their pain comes from, and what to do about it — with a personalised plan to take away. 2. The Back To Better Programme
This is not a workshop. This is a structured, three-month intervention for organisations with a real MSK problem: rising sick leave, recurring back and neck pain, or employees who've been managing discomfort for so long they've stopped reporting it.
The HSE estimates that MSK-affected desk workers lose an average of 14 days a year. Across a team of 20 that's 280 working days. The Back to Better Programme costs less than you're already losing — and it comes with measurable outcomes your HR team can track and report on.
For organisations with specific absence reduction targets, it also gives you something increasingly rare in workplace wellbeing: evidence. A structured before-and-after picture that demonstrates return on investment rather than just good intentions.

Three-phase structure:
Phase 1 — Understand (Month 1) Body literacy, pain education, and immediate practical tools. Each participant has a 1:1 session at the start to assess how they move, where their pain originates, and what they need. We build a personalised plan from there.
Phase 2 — Build (Month 2) Progressive movement, breathwork, and habit formation. Monthly group workshop, progressive video library, and a community channel for questions between sessions. Participants begin to feel the difference and understand why.
Phase 3 — Sustain (Month 3) Self-management planning, flare-up strategies, and long-term independence. A second 1:1 bookends the programme. HR receives a participant outcome report at close — measurable before-and-after data you can take to your insurer and your leadership team.
