2. 1:1 Postural & Movement Assessments and ongoing MSK support

For organisations serious about reducing MSK issues, we go beyond workshops. Our hands-on postural and movement assessments give each employee a genuinely personalised experience - identifying exactly how they hold tension, where their pain originates, and what they need to change. The difference between a workshop and an assessment is the difference between group advice and a plan built entirely around that person’s body.

For companies with specific MSK reduction targets, we also design bespoke programmes - combining assessments, workshops, and ongoing support into a structured intervention that delivers measurable results.   • In these 1:1 sessions, we:

    • Identify postural habits, movement patterns, and pain triggers

    • Recommend simple desk and environment tweaks

    Each session includes a 15 minute 1:1, follow up movement plan and a check-in after 4 weeks.
