Kerrie-Anne Bradley LTD: Terms & Conditions 2025
1. Interpretation

1.1 “Kerrie-Anne Bradley” refers to Kerrie-Anne Bradley LTD

1.2 “Customer” refers to the company who has booked Kerrie-Anne Bradley’s services.

1.3 The “Individual” refers to a person attending a Kerrie-Anne Bradley service.

1.4 “Workshop” or “Workshops” refer to Kerrie-Anne Bradley services including in-person, online and recorded video content.

1.5 “Terms and conditions” refer to this document.

1.6 Kerrie-Anne Bradley reserves the right to change the Terms and therefore ask Customers to check the Terms regularly, prior to booking.

2. Booking

2.1 Unless agreed otherwise between Kerrie-Anne Bradley and the Customer, Customers are required to pay for corporate bookings in full prior to the first Workshop or session of the term, either on a rolling monthly basis, or for the agreed number of sessions up front. 

2.2 Prices are agreed prior to the first session, these may change from time to time, but all bookings made prior to change in price will remain unchanged.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Workshops operate a 2 week cancellation policy. Where cancellations are made in sufficient time, credit will be added back to the relevant account, or a paid for Workshop will be ‘rolled over’ to another week. Workshops cancelled with less than 2 weeks will still incur the full fee unless exceptional circumstances. 

3.2 Kerrie-Anne Bradley cannot be held responsible for a particular session or instructor becoming unavailable. If an instructor becomes unavailable we will ensure – where practically possible – that they are replaced by another instructor. Where this is not possible, or where a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a credit note for that Workshop. Kerrie-Anne Bradley will not be liable for any other incurred costs or damages to the Customers from a cancellation.

4. Fitness and Health

4.1 Kerrie-Anne Bradley advises each Individual to first seek medical advice if they have any concerns at all over their physical condition before taking part in a Workshop. Kerrie-Anne Bradley is not able or qualified to provide medical advice.

4.2 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions each Individual hereby confirms that they have no health problems which may affect their participation in the Workshops. It is the Individual’s sole responsibility to notify the Kerrie-Anne Bradley before attending any session of any circumstances affecting their health. Individuals must email kerrie-anne@kerrie-annebradley.com ahead of a session to notify of any injuries and or medical conditions. 

4.3 Kerrie-Anne Bradley reserves the right to refuse access to any Individual if it in any way doubts the health of the Individual and their ability to safely take part in the Workshop.

4.4 The Individual accepts the risk of injury from performing exercises in the Workshops. Kerrie-Anne Bradley accepts no liability for injury to the Customer, except in so far as such injury is by law incapable of exclusion.

4.5 Women who are pregnant are welcome to join the Workshop but Kerrie-Anne Bradley ask any pregnant women to notify Kerrie-Anne Bradley of this prior to the Workshop taking place. The lndividual can email kerrie-anne@kerrie-annebradley.com.

4.6 The Individual must follow the instructions given during the Workshop.

5. Data Protection

5.1 Kerrie-Anne Bradley complies with data protection laws in relation to personal data.

5.1 Personal information including identity, contact and health history information is collected when Individuals work with Kerrie-Anne Bradley. This is collected either through our website or in email communication directly with the Customer and/or Individual.

5.2 Kerrie-Anne Bradley does not share personal information with any third parties.
