I didn’t grow up in a studio. I started in the corporate world as an economist, sitting behind a desk, carrying a whole list of aches and pains, and completely disconnected from my body. Learning to teach Pilates and movement was a steep learning curve - one I approached with the same meticulous, forensic eye that’s made me known for spotting things others miss.

I trained with Fletcher Pilates, completing their comprehensive teacher training and advanced course, and then did a further movement mentorship and anatomy training with Sarah Woodhouse and a Pilates mentorship with Julie Driver.

Since then, I’ve worked with thousands of clients and teams, taught corporates like Facebook, the NHS, The Bank of England, Google, PayPal, Jimmy Choo, and global law and accountancy firms, and authored Move More At Your Desk, a book that helps people bring movement into their day in a way that actually sticks.
