8 Years Ago I started Pilates At Your Desk…
I was teaching loads of 1:1s at the time and most of my clients worked at desks. They all had movement challenges and desk-linked aches and pains. They would leave their 1:1s feeling ace and come back the next week feeling not so ace. So I put together a toolkit of desk-based movement they could do. It worked. The usual weekly desk-linked aches had gone. People were more energised too. And… less stressed! Remarkable!
So, I decided to put together a workshop and approached a few companies.
Fast forward 8 years and I’ve worked with thousands of desk-based people around the world and I’ve had a book published on this stuff.
The feedback is always the same: people feel more energised and less achey when they move more throughout the day at their desks.
Pilates At Your Dask has entered a new chapter as Move At Your Desk Method™ blending body literacy, movement and behavioural science. Im excited to share this framework and toolkit of movement with more desk-workers over the next 8 years.
